Aims

Design and development of IT platform (with access to appropriate computing resources) for the collection, the analysis and the interpretation of biomedical data.

The ARIANNA platform will be accessible to teams of researchers from all locations, which will share expertise and data.

Data will be processed both according to standard processing pipelines and by using innovative data mining algorithms. The ARIANNA research team will develop and validate new effective methods to analyse neuroimaging data acquired in multiple sites, and multivariate approaches to handle multimodal information allowing for partially missing data.

The use of a collaborative platform by the multidisciplinary team made up of psychiatrists, psychologists, physicists, mathematicians and computer scientists will promote research on mechanisms underlying autism spectrum disorders.
