ISMRM-ESMRMB 2018

The ARIANNA team will attend the Joint Annual Meeting ISMRM-ESMRMB 2018 in Paris and will present three studies on:

- Brainstem abnormalities in structural MRI of young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder: evaluation of inter-method agreement (P.Bosco);

- Common pitfalls in machine learning applications to multi-center data: tests on the ABIDE I and ABIDE II collections (E.Ferrari);

- Lifespan study by cross-sectional case-control comparisons in sliding age windows: test of ASD heterogeneity with One-Class Classifiers (P.Oliva).

The International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) is a multi-disciplinary nonprofit association made up of clinicians, physicists, engineers, biochemists and technologists professionals.
